  33. Considering the amount of binaries that get posted around here these
  34. days, I would not only be in favor of kicking the offender off Usenet
  35. altogether for a couple of months, but also for shutting down his/her
  36. provider also, since "mail filtering" to public newsgroups is
  37. obviously not applied there. I'm getting rather fed up.

  39. Quite simply, there are too much mistakes being made by unthinking
  40. people at the moment for action not to be taken. I suggest writing
  41. to the postmaster in question. And although I won't resort to
  42. using words like "dick brain", it's very much how I feel after
  43. receiving another one of these huge posts, especially with the
  44. high telephone rates that apply here in Europe.
